The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.

The open burner design of the Nova burner provides 15,000 BTUs of cooking power, perfect for a rapid boil, high-heat sear, or a perfect saute. The precise 130 degree simmer burner easily melts chocolate and can gently warm delicate soups and sauces.
