The racks, for instance, slide on rollers so they can be moved easily even when hot (heat expands metal, and this can make sliding standard racks difficult.) Each oven has three racks and six rack positions; both also feature self-cleaning, convection and a temperature probe.
The broiler is located under glass to create direct radiant heat, and it has been proven to cook more quickly and at a higher temperature than convected heat (the broiler can heat up to full power in just four seconds.) The baking element is hidden under the glass oven floor to increase available space and distribute heat more evenly, and a third element in the rear allows true convection. All that power adds up to another helpful feature, self-cleaning (in both ovens;) and that convenience and quality extends to every aspect of this wall oven.
