The cooktops are constructed from a single piece stainless steel, they have precision burners and a safe and reliable electric ignition system. The controls are easy to use and provide superior cooking performance. The professional series is also available with a safe and efficient induction cooktop. The Professional series is available in 48" Double oven, 36" in both single and double ovens and 24" single oven. All the ranges are available with either a multi-function electric or a fan-assisted gas oven The auxiliary oven has a grill and four cooking options. The cooktop is available in 4 or 6 burners and 9 colors, white, red, burgundy, black, cream, yellow, green, blue and stainless steel.

This Bertazzoni Professional Series 90cm segmented hob is finished in stainless steel. It features three brass burners, lateral dual 5kW wok burner and two 180mm diameter 1400-1800W inductions zones. With accurate metal control knobs, it makes cooking even simpler, more versatile and precise. The cast iron pan supports are solid and secure for safe use.
