The ovens have 2 lights which bathe your food in ample lighting at most every angle. The infrared gas or electric grill, cooks over a large surface area. The ovens have a large capacity and four adjustable rack positions.

The cooktops are constructed from a single piece stainless steel, they have precision burners and a safe and reliable electric ignition system. The controls are easy to use and provide superior cooking performance. The professional series is also available with a safe and efficient induction cooktop. The Professional series is available in 48" Double oven, 36" in both single and double ovens and 24" single oven. All the ranges are available with either a multi-function electric or a fan-assisted gas oven The auxiliary oven has a grill and four cooking options. The cooktop is available in 4 or 6 burners and 9 colors, white, red, burgundy, black, cream, yellow, green, blue and stainless steel.
