The Professional Series is the Top-of-the-line range from Bertazzoni. The cooktops are constructed from a single piece stainless steel, they have precision burners and a safe and reliable electric ignition system. The controls are easy to use and provide superior cooking performance. The professional series is also available with a safe and efficient induction cooktop. The Professional series is available in 48" Double oven, 36" in both single and double ovens and 24" single oven. All the ranges are available with either a multi-function electric or a fan-assisted gas oven The auxiliary oven has a grill and four cooking options. The cooktop is available in 4 or 6 burners and 9 colors, white, red, burgundy, black, cream, yellow, green, blue and stainless steel. Bertazzoni signature low edge drop-in cooktops put Italian design and precision at the heart of your kitchen. As beautiful as they are practical, they sit almost flush with countertops and cabinets. Cleaning up afterwards is easy, thanks to the seamless one-piece stainless worktop with no gaps, joints or fasteners. Safety is designed-in with the 100% fail-safe thermocouple technology.
