The Professional Series is the Top-of-the-line range from Bertazzoni. The cooktops are constructed from a single piece stainless steel, they have precision burners and a safe and reliable electric ignition system. The controls are easy to use and provide superior cooking performance. The professional series is also available with a safe and efficient induction cooktop. The Professional series is available in 48" Double oven, 36" in both single and double ovens and 24" single oven. All the ranges are available with either a multi-function electric or a fan-assisted gas oven The auxiliary oven has a grill and four cooking options. The cooktop is available in 4 or 6 burners and 9 colors, white, red, burgundy, black, cream, yellow, green, blue and stainless steel.

This Bertazzoni Professional Series 36 Inch gas hob is finished in stainless steel. With five brass burners and accurate metal control knobs, it makes cooking simple, versatile and precise. A central dual wok 5kW ring adds another dimension to your cooking. The cast iron pan support is solid and secure for safe use.
