The Professional Series is the Top-of-the-line range from Bertazzoni. The cooktops are constructed from a single piece stainless steel, they have precision burners and a safe and reliable electric ignition system. The controls are easy to use and provide superior cooking performance. The professional series is also available with a safe and efficient induction cooktop. The Professional series is available in 48" Double oven, 36" in both single and double ovens and 24" single oven. All the ranges are available with either a multi-function electric or a fan-assisted gas oven The auxiliary oven has a grill and four cooking options. The cooktop is available in 4 or 6 burners and 9 colors, white, red, burgundy, black, cream, yellow, green, blue and stainless steel. Bertazzoni rangetops and cooktops are superb cooking appliances designed, engineered and made in Italy. All Bertazzoni appliances integrate seamlessly into style-harmonized suites for a true, high-performing kitchen. Available in a 4 burner configuration, Bertazzoni gas cooktops are crafted out of a single sheet of stainless steel of the highest grade, the signature engineering solution of all Bertazzoni maintops. This proprietary design makes the product very easy to clean. The triple-ring high-efficiency burner rated at 13,000 BTUs has separately controlled flames.
