An inner shield then distribute air flow evenly across the entire cooking surface while capturing any grease that may come through. Lastly, an easily removable grease tray collects any final residual grease.

Three blower speeds and a fourth Boost speed can be easily controlled from the push button control panel system. The boost speed runs for 7 minutes to efficiently clear the air before automatically returning to the third speed.
