Built-in refrigerators can be difficult to install, so GE has solved that problem by mimicking the built-in appearance with their freestanding side-by-side refrigerator. At 21.9 cubic feet, it can store up to 20 bags of groceries in one trip. With bright interior LED lighting throughout both cavities, spotting all contents will be very easy.

The refrigerator features four glass shelves, all of which are spill proof to contain any accidental spills. Three of the shelves are adjustable by height, and two shelves slide out, making hard-to-reach items easier to get. There are four door shelves; two being adjustable and gallon-storage capable, and two fixed shelves for smaller bottles like condiments. There is also a dairy compartment for common ingredients like butter. With two clear drawers, perishables like produce stay fresher for a longer period of time under humidity-controlled settings, and the sealed drawer works well for deli meats and cheeses.

In the freezer is a factory-installed ice maker which has a Quick Ice feature for making ice up to 50% faster than normal for when you have to entertain unexpected guests. Four shelves are handy for storing flat boxes of frozen foods. The door shelves work well for storing small containers like pints of ice cream, and the bottom basket comes in use for storing bulky items like a chicken for roasting.

As a two-in-one tool, the external water and ice dispenser - which dispenses filtered ice cubes, crushed ice, and chilled water - features the digital temperature control console, displaying the selected settings and the real-time temperature of the refrigerator. It also has a child lock so all setting remain in place, and there is a door alarm in case one of the doors is unintentionally left open ajar.
