High Output Burners
A high output burner provides either 17,000 BTUs or 15,000 BTus of power to quickly heat a large pot of pasta or bring lobster to a rolling boil.
Ultra-Low Temperature Control
Select cooktops feature burners that can reduce to an ultra-low 650 BTUs to maintain the low temperatures needed for heating delicate sauces or melting chocolate without scorching.
Electronic Ignition and Flame-Sensing Re-Ignition
The burners light reliably every time for uninterrupted cooking. If the flame is accidentally blown out by a draft, it will automatically re-ignite at the same setting when the absence of a flame is detected.
