If a Vent-A-Hood Premier Magic Lung range hood, properly specified and installed, fails to perform to the satisfaction of the end-user within 90 days of installation, Vent-A-Hood will refund the purchase price for the range hood. Subject to the following limitations: Commerical or other misapplications and Items fabricated to customer design. Vent-A-Hood shall have the sole discretion of determining whether or no the range hood is properly specified and installed. Due to the wide variability of climate conditions associated with the installation of outdoor cooking equipment, the Vent-A-Hood Performance Guarantee is not applicable.
