In the 70's Fred Carl Jr., a fourth generation building contractor was building kitchens for his clients and saw many of them used commercial ranges in their home. When it was time for him to build his own kitchen, he realized the commercial ranges that were offered were not well suited for the home. Max Ice Mode
Max Ice Mode sets ice maker to full capacity. This mode sets the freezer to its lowest setting (-7 Degrees F) for 48 hours and will end after function is completed
Max Freeze
Max freezer mode adjusts the freezer temperature to the coldest setting for 6 hours, at the end of which, the freezer temperature automatically returns to its previous setting.
