***August 2015 Update:If a unit is involved with a property damage claim the unit is NOT to be repaired. If the unit is repaired before U-Line Corporation has the chance to determine the cause for the leak, any damage claim will be denied. It is not our intent to upset any customer by denying a claim because the unit was repaired. If the unit did leak and cause the damage to the customerâ€™s property, U-Line will need photos and estimates for that damage. Please email all required documentation to Beverly and she will forward on to U-Line. They will set up the authorization to have the unit replaced and brought back to U-Line for evaluation.
