I am always skeptical regarding temperature control settings in refrigerators based on many years of experience. I've instrumented units with temperature probes and found that not only did the actual temperature differ considerably from the set point, they would wander up and down by as much as +/- 3 degrees F. I've had this unit for about a month with sensors placed inside the freezing compartment and inside the fresh meat compartment. I Followed the factory recommended settings of 0 F and 37 F, respectively for these two areas. The unit came to temperature in about 6 hours after installation and hasn't wandered from the set point by more that about 1
degree since the. Also, it is so quiet I can't tell if the compressor is on or not. What more could you ask for?
