I'm a repeat customer. First purchase was a Samsung refrigerator 8 years ago. I just purchased a Cafe French door refrigerator. I saved $800 compared to Home Depot , Lowe's etc. Plesser's is in New York and I'm in California. The sales person Peter was very courteous, not pushy, and very understanding about my needs such as delivery , placing the old fridge in the garage etc. On delivery day it couldn't have gone any better, the driver was on time , the fridge was In perfect condition, no dings , no scratches. The delivery guys cleaned up all the plastic wrap , boxes, etc. they didn't scratch my hardwood floor , didn't hit any walls etc. Perfect service from purchase to delivery.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to purchase all kitchen appliances. We were referred to Plesser’s by my husband’s colleague. They came highly recommended. BEST decision! They came with the best prices so don’t look any further just go visit Plesser’s for what you need. We did a bundle order for our new stainless steel French door refrigerator, double oven range, microwave, and dishwasher. They have a great selection on wash machines dryers TV and so forth all the visit. Our sales rep Adam was attentive and took very good care of us and we appreciate him and of course Joe the manager was great. We plan to go back for any other appliances. We may even need to go back for a BBQ grill.

The sales associates helped me get exactly what I needed with no upselling. Their website is easy to navigate and browse and you can order online or by calling. Prices are great deals too. Would shop again.

Had been eating dinner in Babylon. Heard good things about Plesser’s. In the market for a new Fridge/Freezer amongst other things. Browsing and introduced to Mario. He was very professional and personable. Listened very well to what we were looking for. Spent quality time with us even though we said we were not ready to purchase. Introduced us to models we did not even know existed. His followup was timely and welcome as I returned from a biz trip and a couple weeks had passed. We inked the deal today and couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and final pricing details. We look forward to our new fridge/freezer. Because of Mario we will be back!
