Great communication, follow-up, and follow-through by Gene ... from the moment he picked up my first call on a product that's not showing on the website; Gene immediately offered to look into it deeper and then followed back up confirming that they did in fact have one left in-stock. Great experience from his willingness to go the extra mile to help; without being asked to.

I highly recommend Plesser's, but especially their staff. In particular, Lyndsey Coughlin. Her knowledge and patience in explaining everything from purchase to installation was exceptional!! I needed a range with a downdraft. My knowledge about ranges with downdrafts was minimal to say the least. She recommended a great installation company who were also phenomenal. I also got my cafe fridge and dish washer from Plesser's. I am so happy with how my kitchen turned out, and I must give credit where credit is due. Lyndsey's assistance helped to make my renovation a smooth transition!!!

My experience with Plesser's Appliance has been positive so far. The sales representative, Adam Bayram, was exceptionally helpful and attentive, took the time to listen to my needs, and worked to find the best possible pricing. I genuinely appreciated the level of service and attention throughout the purchasing process. The one disappointment was the credit card surcharge added to the final bill, which took some of the shine off an otherwise excellent sales experience. My appliance is currently in transit, so I can't yet comment on the product, delivery, or installation services. But aside from the unexpected surcharge, so far, so good!

Eric helped me pick out the right Refrigerator/Freezer for my new kitchen. Price was really fair. Also, Harold and his crew did a great job with delivery and install. It wasn't easy going up so many flights of stairs into the house but they did it without breaking a sweat. Thanks again.

I was hesitant to use an out of state retailer but I read other reviews and decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. Their price beat the other retailers and their service has been great. I had an issue with the stove and they had a service man out within days.
