Company prices are the reason I came, but Meghan is the reason I am leaving a review. She was amazing! When the website said call for information, I was dreading having to go through the whole buying process. She immediately put me at ease with the confidence of she definitely knew the products, but was excited to help me!!! Definitely not what I was expecting. She listened and was very informative, but at the same time wasn’t pushy. She gave me the best prices on each of the pieces I needed and even went above and beyond on making sure the delivery would accommodate my house and making it right. I definitely will be checking with Meghan for all my appliance purchases in the future!

Could not have been happier with the individual customer service and pricing for our appliances from Plesser's and our sales rep Meghan. When our cabinet supplier recommended we try Plesser's we assumed that everything would be as expected but too expensive. WRONG! Their pricing was as exceptional as their beautiful showroom, wide selection, and white glove customer service!

I used Plessers to get all new appliances for my kitchen (6 total). The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I dealt with Paul, who made the whole process a very good and simple experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for new appliances! Best service and prices around!

Went in on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Lyndsey, who was extremely warm and helpful in guiding me to the appliance I was looking for. She then walked me through the entire process of securing the range and hood, answered all of my questions and even helped me see I only needed the hood insert, and not the cover once I told her what my contractor was going to do. I greatly appreciated that advice, as I would've paid a lot more for something I wasn't going to use! She was genuinely excited for our new home and helping us get the perfect appliances to go in it. It was the easiest and lovliest experience I've had and we'd recommend Plessers and Lyndsey, in particular, to anyone looking for high quality appliances and excellent customer care!

We discovered Plesser's Appliance in a roundabout way, but boy are we happy that we did! On a mission to buy some pavers at a local box Store in kingston, we walked through the refrigerator Department and found a good deal on a kitchenaid. After talking to the salesperson for some time, we got to the register, went through all the rigamarole to get it put on our store card to get the extra 5% discount, and ONLY THEN were told it was not in stock! No rain check, no nothing, the salesperson dropped us like a hot potato. Thoroughly pissed with that experience, we went online and discovered Plesser's Appliance on Long island. They deliver nationwide, had a very competitive price, and when we called and spoke with Jacob, they proved to be exceptionally helpful and informative. A little extra research revealed that they've been in business for over 100 years and have an exceptionally High satisfaction rating online . When all was said and done, we spent less than we would have with the Box store, and had a significantly more pleasant experience working with a salesperson. Bottom line, need some pavers, go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Need appliances, shop Plesser's Appliance !!
