Fast & easy. I've had other appliance/furniture stores where I was looked at & ignored. Michael was easy to work with & fun to talk to. I haven't gotten the dehumidifier yet so cross fingers everything goes smoothly & I don't have a repeat of my PC Richards Frigidaire where the dehumidifier died after less than 2 yrs & now, after 1 year.

I was in need of a new refrigerator, Plesser's had the particular one I was looking for online & on sale. I'm in Rocky Point & it would be a long trip to get to either of Plesser's locations. I called them & spoke to Peter Romano. Over the phone he handled the whole sale from beginning to end. Explained all the details about the refrigerator, the pricing & the delivery. It is on order, so now I'm just waiting for the delivery confirmation. I highly recommend Peter if you need to deal with Plesser's.

Purchased new LG oven. Lower price than local or anywhere else online. Received a phone call from Plesser's to confirm the details of the order before they released the oven to the third-party shipper. Excellent customer service from Plesser's. Experience with Plesser's was 5/5. My experience with the third-party shipper was 2.5/5 but that was out of Plesser's hands.

We had an excellent experience from ordering to installation. Gene was helpful in placing the order and the delivery team was on time an respectful of my home. They left my range ready to use and cleaned up all the packaging and hauled it away. Pricing was competitive with local big box stores.

From start to finish everyone involved was professional, courteous and just overall very nice, the 2 gentlemen that installed my mom's stove even helped her put her birdbath together! Thank you guys!

This is not my first time purchasing appliances with Plesser's. This time around I needed several at one time, all matching and they had the models I wanted, the color I wanted and the delivery date that I needed. Gerard handled everything seamlessly in just a few minutes. He was knowledgeable on each appliance and answered every question I had. The bill came in several thousand dollars less than Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy and PC Richards. Bonus they all had rebates on them as well.
