My first customer experience at Plesser's was 20 years ago. Just purchased two more appliances with Gene Coughlin. I was a bit intimidated to buy online so he took care of the whole process for me. What a nice man! A complete gentleman, who made me feel so comfortable. Plesser's prices are hard to beat but the customer service is worth even more. Thank you so much. I'm a repeat customer. First purchase was a Samsung refrigerator 8 years ago. I just purchased a Cafe French door refrigerator. I saved $800 compared to Home Depot , Lowe's etc. Plesser's is in New York and I'm in California. The sales person Peter was very courteous, not pushy, and very understanding about my needs such as delivery , placing the old fridge in the garage etc. On delivery day it couldn't have gone any better, the driver was on time , the fridge was In perfect condition, no dings , no scratches. The delivery guys cleaned up all the plastic wrap , boxes, etc. they didn't scratch my hardwood floor , didn't hit any walls etc. Perfect service from purchase to delivery.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to purchase all kitchen appliances. We were referred to Plesser’s by my husband’s colleague. They came highly recommended. BEST decision! They came with the best prices so don’t look any further just go visit Plesser’s for what you need. We did a bundle order for our new stainless steel French door refrigerator, double oven range, microwave, and dishwasher. They have a great selection on wash machines dryers TV and so forth all the visit. Our sales rep Adam was attentive and took very good care of us and we appreciate him and of course Joe the manager was great. We plan to go back for any other appliances. We may even need to go back for a BBQ grill.

I was at Plesser's for a new washing machine. Our sales person Michael was great. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He walked us through the process, explained everything in detail and made the shopping experience a very pleasant one.

First time customer. Bought a microwave from Alan, who made it a quick and easy purchase. Good price and an extended warranty. Here's how good an experience it was. Our refrigerator went down a few days later, and we went right back to Plesser's, and specifically Alan, for the new one. Again, good price, extended warranty and a good overall experience. Both were delivered and installed a few days later and that was done cleanly and efficiently by the delivery service. Good overall experience. Would recommend both Plesser's and Alan.
