Gerard was super helpful and friendly. We did the sale over the phone, and he gave me a lot of information without pressuring me to buy, but also was available days later via text and phone when I decided to make the purchase.

We just signed our appliance package with Plesser’s, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Plesser’s, and specifically our salesperson Meghan, did several things far better than any of the other appliance dealers we contacted. They met—or even beat—prices on some challenging-to-source appliances and provided very competitive pricing on the entire package. They were the only company who figured out how to order our custom Capital range in the special RAL 9005 matte black finish when others couldn't. Throughout the process, Meghan was exceptionally responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my many questions about warranties, delivery to our rural California address, and other details. Large appliance purchases can be stressful, especially for a custom kitchen remodel, but Plesser’s made the process straightforward. We genuinely appreciate Plesser’s professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, and we're looking forward to receiving our appliances.

I needed a new range and the delivery in CT was going to be time-pressured. I had questions so an online purchase with a company in NY didn’t work for me, I wanted to talk to a human. As soon as I was connected with Meghan Finning at Plesser’s I knew I was in good hands. She wasn’t in a rush to make a sale, instead she patiently listened to my circumstances and competently answered all my questions about the range, costs, delivery, and made excellent suggestions. Meghan talked me through the entire process, even telling me what emails I would receive following the purchase and that she would expedite the delivery. So far everything has proceeded exactly as she said it would. I trust delivery day will be the same. It’s so rare now to get a salesperson who is knowledgeable about their products, has empathy for your situation, and who has your best interest at heart. Plesser’s is lucky to have her on their team.

We worked with Meghan, who was lovely. Were were looking for 2 replacement dishwashers because one of ours conked out and they were both almost 8 years old (built in obsolescence made it not worth repairing). She was extremely honest and gave us all of the details we needed to make a smart choice. I had already reviewed many details on Consumer Reports so I had a few questions that I know were correctly answered because I’d done my research ahead of time. I’ve bought appliances (including BBQ) from only Plesser’s for the last 8 years, and I’ve spent a lot, but the service I’ve gotten is amazing! You’re not just a#, you’re a real person and they are extremely helpful. Honestly, I think it would be crazy to go anywhere else because they can get you ANYTHING you might wants. It’s ok to look elsewhere if you want to see something they don’t have on display, but when it’s time to buy I see it as a no-brainer. Plesser’s all the way.

The sales process was enlightening and the experience was educational. Peter, the sales Rep was knowledgeable and compared the various products pros and cons.

We were referred to Plesser's by Consumer's in Commack and ended up working with Eric. There wouldn't be enough time to explain how wonderful the experience was! We walked in planning to buy 6 appliances and were a bit nervous but Eric was extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. He showed us multiple options in our price range, answered all our questions and was extremely professional and personable. We even walked away under budget!! We had never even heard of Plesser's before but now I plan to tell everyone!!! It was such a relief to have had such a wonderful experience especially when spending a good chunk of money!!
