In our search for a new Refrigerator we went to Plessers for the first time. Meghan was the salesperson that helped us. We were initially overwhelmed with the wonderful choices however Meghan directed us to 2 choices that met our needs as well as our preferences! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. We are very happy that we chose Plessers as our place to shop!

We needed to purchase a refrigerator and a dishwasher and found the brands we like at Plessers. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Mike. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He set us up with a fast delivery/installation date. We will definitely go back when it comes time to replace our stove.

Kate Boyle is by far the best Customer Support Associate I have ever had dealings with. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive & pleasant. She had resolved two major issues: the last one occurring almost one year after the first. Based on my experience, I have & will recommend Plesser’s as the place to go to!

Trying to shop for a new GE Zoneline HEAT/AC Unit is just not easy Meghan was knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, professional, patient and very easy to work with!! She were great about helping find available inventory! The pricing was competitive. I don't have my Zoneline yet but will later this week so cannot comment on product just sales process but was top notch so far AS Meghan scheduled delivery Plesser;s only forwards information to trucking scheduled for Monday Oct 12 but trucker never made delivery. There were to many deliveries .they never called or let us know about not delivery I had to call shipper to reschedule 1st available Thursday not good

Very happy with my laundry center. The price through Plesser's was exceptional I was searching all over for a good price. They came through for me. The delivery team {Greg,Jose} was great as well. I was even do a refund and that was given to me with no questions asked Robert in accounting took care of that for me. Paul my salesman was also very great plus countless other people whoever I spoke to were great, if you're not looking to head into a store and you want to shop online that's the place to go. I live in Greene New York and they were all the way out in Long Island it was a chance I took and was very happy with it thank you again Cathy Kipp 🙂

We shopped Plessers Columbus Day sale and upon entering the store, we were greeted and helped immediately. Meghan, the sales associate, was very helpful. She listened to our needs and concerns in regard to replacing our double wall oven that stopped working after 16 years. She provided us with options and understood our price point while showing us the best options to check all the boxes we had. She provided her expert advice and steered us to quite a few choices while not pressuring us to make our decision immediately. We received great patience as we picked her brain to help us make the best fit within our budget. We placed our order with her over the phone once we confirmed the dimensions and opted to have the oven delivered in a few days. I love the quality of service, and the prices are the same if not better than the chain stores. I will use Plessers for all my appliance needs in the future.

Today, I spoke with Lindsey to purchase a refrigerator.She was extremely kind and Courteous. She helped me find a refrigerator that would fit into a small Area of the kitchen. Lindsey answered my many questions and really took her time with me. The experience was so good that I would definitely go back to Plessers again because the Sales department was incredible. I will review again after I receive the refrigerator. I hope everything runs smoothly!

I needed a hard to find refrigerator as well as a new range/oven. Plesser's had both in stock and were offering a substantial discount. My salesman, Eric, was knowlegeabe and professional. I always try to give my business to local retailers as opposed to the national chain and box stores and Plesser's is a prime example of why.

I placed an appliance order over the phone with Meghan at Plesser's, and her level of professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Because we were ordering over the phone, I was initially a bit nervous about getting every detail right, but Meghan completely put my mind at ease. i needed a refrigerator so i went to Plesser's in Babylon to buy one. I worked with Meghan Finning, she is so friendly ,professional and was so helpful to me. I went to 3 others stores for the same model Meghan got me the best price and was able to deliver the refrigerator in one day.
