Versatility for perfect roasting and baking results Steam cooking and other operating modes in a combination of your choice: Temperature (104°F to 437°F) and moisture content (0% to 100%) can be adjusted individually and changed up to six times in quick succession. This way you can enjoy greatest versatility for the best baking and roasting results.
