Called and ordered a Bosch Induction cooktop. Spoke with Peter Romano who was very helpful throughout the transaction. Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Knew the product I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me on anything and was just a great help in getting it all done on one call. Pricing was very good compared to other vendors, about $150 less than any competitor I saw online. Coincidentally, I just got a follow up phone call from Plessers to confirm all the product and shipping information prior to them sending it out. Nice touch. Very happy with the purchasing transaction, hopefully I’ll be as pleased with the cooktop once it arrives.

A few weeks ago I learned quite suddenly & urgently that my GE washer was not working properly & that I'd need to make a quick decision to locate & purchase a new one. I've known of Plesser's Appliances & have a friend who spoke very highly of them so I immediately visited their West Babylon store & met with sales associate Peter Romano. Peter gave me his absolute attention as he accessed & provided information on various washers, including properly accommodating the dimensions of my laundry room. He was articulate, professional, friendly & a good listener. I chose a Whirlpool model & to my happy surprise, he advised Plesser's would provide a 5-year warranty, one year from Whirlpool & 4 years from Plesser's! A big plus! I'm delighted to have done business with Peter & Plesser's & highly recommend their services.
