We met with Michael Erhart and bought an AC, yes in the middle of August, because the ancient one in our bedroom finally kicked the bucket. From my initial conversation when placing the order for our new 30" Samsung Bespoke Induction Range and Air Fryer / Convection Oven, I was treated like I was the Most Important Customer they had. I didn't expect (but sure hoped I would receive) great customer service, and Jacob delivered that and then some. I received a great price on my stove, free delivery, and a Samsung rebate link for free induction cookware with my purchase. I mean really .... how could anyone possibly hope for more than that? They are amazing at what they do, what they offer, and I love that they kept their promises for a hassle free delivery of a great product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plesser's Appliances for all your appliance needs. Who knew I had to purchase from a family-owned store in New York for the best price and service because they beat the pants off all Florida stores (and I checked into 15 of them). GREAT JOB, JACOB! It will be my pleasure to purchase from you again when I need new appliances. I just wish I had known about Plesser's when I bought my Samsung fridge 6 months ago because I would have certainly purchased it from them.Thanks, Jacob, for a terrific experience!

I just want to say I called Plesser’s 1-877 number at 10:38 AM on a Sunday and within 10 seconds I was connected with a human. I was having trouble on the website with payment and the customer service I received from Noah Pettit was excellent from start to finish, it felt like I was talking to my friend the whole time. Despite initially thinking it would be a few weeks apart, Noah was able to guarantee that I would have my washer and dryer delivered at the same time and he was $160 cheaper than anywhere else online. I would give 100 stars if I could!

Our Fridge went two days before we had a family BBQ. I have never shopped at Plessers before. Peter and Plessers were able to get us the new model we wanted fast. His customer service was incredible. The delivery crew kept us updated on the way to our house. They measured everything and damaged nothing. The fridge is beautiful and the experience at Plessers was even better.
