Peter was the true definition of a gentleman and his professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. He didn’t upsell us but actually worked with us to find the perfect solution. I had to listen to my cabinet guy. He told me go ahead. Try all the big box stores. Then go to Plessers. I always want to buy local. Especially since just moving to the area. Glad we went with Plessers. Talk to Peter or Manny. You won’t be disappointed. Their showroom has a lotta high end stuff but don’t let that deter you. They can get you anything you want at a better price.

I and my family have been using Plessers for 22 + years and have dealt with Eric Cullen for as long as he has been there maybe 10 years or so (I thought longer). Eric has always been professional but yet listened to our needs and questions and his guidance and patience has been greatly appreciated. This recent time he had Michael Erhart cover for him to work with me as Eric was away getting married. Michael also was wonderful to work with and he too had patience with me. Had been in the market for a new washer/dryer laundry tower for our lake cottage for a while now. Saw one we really liked, looked around our area and found no good deals and no good support from the local atypical big box stores. Decided to reach out to Plessers and was fortunate enough to find our sales associate Paul, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He reinforced our decision on the model we chose and offered insights into how delivery would work and what we could expect. He also gave us a wonderful historical perspective on Plessers, and all of the many areas that they were involved in for a 100+ year old company.
