Peter is amazing. He was so patient and walked me through exactly what I needed to measure. He had questions for me that I hadn't thought to ask, and was able to direct me to an installation page that gave more complete information. After all the discussion, we found the double oven I wanted was too tall!! It just wouldn't work. Even though I'd done everything I knew to do when ordering on the web. We were able to figure out a different model as a solution. He also talked me through the pitfalls of long distance install (I live in Colorado) which helped me decide to source my own installer, as I will likely need modifications on the existing cutout. Helpful, knowledgeable and patient, what more could you ask for!

We purchased from Plesser’s Appliances when we’ve renovated our kitchen during Covid… They were amazing, fair pricing, and shipped from New York City to Tampa, Florida… We were so happy that after we moved and now renovating another kitchen, we went right to the website for Plessers! Just got the trash compactor from KitchenAid… Which we love!!!

I have had a 100% good experience with Plessers. Lindsey Coughlin the Plesser's sales associate ordered the exact JennAir gas cooktop that I wanted. The order was processed quickly and shipped from a second party the following week. The cooktop arrived in timely fashion and in good condition. There was a slight problem with the control knobs and I alerted Lindsey to this and she responded immediately to assist. Finally, Pressers pricing is competitive. Based on my experience I would recommend Plessers and Lindsey Coughlin without hesitation.

First time using Plesser's was a wonderful experience. I spoke to Gene he was a very knowledgeable pleasant sales manager. Gene made the whole process easy. I would use them again and recommend anyone shopping for appliances to go there first you won't be disappointed. Best buying experience I had in a very long long time. An added bonus is you cannot beat there prices . They are very competitive .
