Bertazzoni Wine Coolers at Plesser's Appliances

Bertazzoni wine coolers, available at Plesser's Appliances, hold wine at proper storage and serving temperature in built-in columns and undercounter units. Built by a family making kitchen appliances in Emilia-Romagna since 1882, wine storage carries the same handle and finish program as Bertazzoni refrigeration and cooking equipment.

Temperature Stability Over Setpoint
Wine is more sensitive to fluctuation than to a slightly imperfect setpoint — repeated swings age a bottle faster than a steady temperature a degree or two off. Electronic controls hold conditions closely rather than cycling, and door seals lock them in each time the door closes. This is the single most important thing a wine cabinet does.

Multiple Temperature Zones
Dual-zone models hold reds and whites at separate temperatures in one cabinet, or keep a serving zone apart from longer-term storage. Zone configuration and temperature ranges vary by model — confirm against the spec sheet before specifying, since single-zone and dual-zone units suit very different collections.

UV-Resistant Glass and Lighting
Light degrades wine, and the glass door is the primary exposure point. UV-resistant treated glass limits transmission while keeping the collection on display, and LED lighting illuminates the cabinet without adding heat load. Siting still matters — keep the unit out of direct sun where the layout allows.

Racking and Bottle Capacity
Full-extension wood or metal racking brings bottles forward rather than leaving the back of a deep cabinet unreachable, with construction rated for a fully loaded rack. Stated bottle counts assume standard Bordeaux bottles; Burgundy and Champagne formats reduce capacity meaningfully, sometimes by a third. Confirm capacity if your collection skews wider.

Column and Undercounter Options, and Installation
Wine storage is offered as full-height built-in columns and as undercounter units, in stainless and panel-ready configurations. Installation requires a framed opening, a dedicated circuit, and clearance maintained for ventilation. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about widths, cutout dimensions, hinge orientation, and zone configuration before cabinetry is built.
