Cast Stainless Burners and Heat Output
Blaze gas grills use commercial-grade cast stainless steel burners producing high output per burner, with heat zone separators available on many models so different areas of the grate can run at genuinely different temperatures. Confirm burner count and total output for the model and width you are considering.

Grates and Heat Distribution
Heavy stainless cooking grates hold heat and produce proper sear marks, with flame tamers or heat plates distributing heat and vaporizing drippings rather than letting them pool. Grate and tamer design is the difference between even cooking and hot spots. Confirm what your model uses and whether replacements are readily available.
