The Piece That Keeps You Outside
Without a side burner, sides and sauces get made in the kitchen and carried out, which defeats much of the point of an outdoor kitchen. A burner beside the grill means corn, beans, sauces, and boils all happen at the cooking station. It is the least expensive addition that most changes how the space actually gets used.
