Cafe Column Refrigerators

Café Column Refrigerators at Plesser's Appliances

Café column refrigerators, available at Plesser's Appliances, are full-height dedicated refrigeration cabinets built to be specified alongside Café freezer or wine columns as part of a continuous cabinetry run.

Full-Height Dedicated Refrigeration
A column refrigerator devotes an entire cabinet to fresh food, with no freezer compartment sharing space or airflow. For households that shop in volume or cook seriously, undivided fresh food capacity is the practical case for a column.

Pairing Columns Into a Run
Refrigeration columns install adjacent to freezer columns or wine columns, each with its own system and controls. Specified with matching finish and interchangeable hardware, a multi-column installation reads as one continuous run of cabinetry.

Temperature Stability Top to Bottom
In a tall cabinet, stratification is the failure mode to avoid. Air circulation holds a consistent setpoint from the top shelf to the bottom drawer, with humidity-controlled crisper drawers keeping produce crisp.

Full-Extension Shelving and Lighting
Full-extension shelving and drawers bring the contents of a deep cabinet forward, with adjustable configurations and LED lighting throughout. Confirm shelf configuration and interior features for your model.

Panels, Openings, and Installation Planning
Columns are built-in units requiring a framed opening, a dedicated circuit, and in some configurations a water line, with panel-ready options available. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about widths, cutout dimensions, hinge orientation, hardware, and rough-in before cabinetry is built.
