Café Dual Fuel Ranges at Plesser's Appliances

Café dual fuel ranges, available at Plesser's Appliances, pair sealed gas burners with an electric convection oven — the configuration most serious cooks choose when they can have either fuel — in Café's customizable hardware and finish program.

Gas Above, Electric Below
Gas gives visible flame, instant response, and the ability to work a pan. Electric gives drier, more stable oven heat that bakes and browns more predictably. Dual fuel is not a compromise between the two, it is each fuel doing what it does better. For anyone who bakes seriously and cooks constantly on the stovetop, this is the configuration.

True European Convection
True European convection uses a third heating element with a fan to circulate heat evenly through the cavity, rather than relying on a fan moving air heated by the bake element alone. That is what makes genuine multi-rack baking work. No Preheat Air Fry adds crisping without a separate appliance. Confirm the mode set for your model.

Burner Performance and Griddle
Sealed burners include a high-output power burner for searing and a dedicated simmer burner, with heavy cast iron grates. Wider professional-style models add an integrated griddle. Confirm burner count, output, and surface configuration for your width.

Customizable Hardware
Interchangeable handles and knobs in brushed stainless, black, bronze, and copper pair with stainless, matte white, and matte black finishes. Coordinate hardware across every Café unit in the kitchen at order — mixed hardware is the most common finish mistake in a Café installation.

Dual Rough-In and Installation Planning
Dual fuel requires both a gas line and 240V electrical service, which is more rough-in than either fuel alone and often drives a panel evaluation in older homes. Ventilation must be sized to burner output. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about width, cutout dimensions, electrical service, hardware selection, and hood sizing.
