JennAir Dual Fuel Ranges at Plesser's Appliances
JennAir dual fuel ranges, available at Plesser's Appliances, pair sealed gas burners with an electric convection oven — the configuration most serious cooks choose when they can have either fuel — in the RISE and NOIR design expressions.
Gas Above, Electric Below
Gas gives visible flame, instant response, and the ability to work a pan. Electric gives drier, more stable oven heat that bakes and browns more predictably. Dual fuel is not a compromise between the two, it is each fuel doing what it does better.
Burners and Surface Options
Sealed burners include high-output options for searing and low simmer settings for delicate work, with heavy cast iron grates. Wider models offer griddle and grill options in combination with burners, fixed at the factory. Confirm the configuration for your width.
Dual-Fan Convection
The electric oven uses dual-fan convection for even heat distribution across multiple racks, with multiple cooking modes and self-cleaning. Wider models run multiple cavities at different temperatures. Confirm oven count, capacity, and mode set for your model.
RISE or NOIR
RISE carries bold sculpted knobs and handles; NOIR is minimal and dark. Both share the same cooking engineering. Coordinate the design expression across every JennAir unit in the kitchen at order.
Dual Rough-In and Installation Planning
Dual fuel requires both a gas line and 240V electrical service, which often drives a panel evaluation in older homes. Ventilation must be sized to burner output. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about width, surface configuration, electrical service, and hood sizing.
