Gas Above, Electric Below
Gas gives visible flame, instant response, and the ability to work a pan. Electric gives drier, more stable oven heat that bakes and browns more predictably. Dual fuel is each fuel doing what it does better.

ProBake Convection
ProBake Convection places the heating element at the back of the oven, as in professional ovens, for more even heat across racks than a bottom element with a fan. Air Fry and Air Sous Vide on select models extend what the oven can do. Confirm the mode set for your model.

InstaView and EasyClean
