Miele Dryers at Plesser's Appliances
Miele dryers, available at Plesser's Appliances, are ventless heat-pump machines built to the brand's twenty-year testing standard. They require no exterior vent, which changes where laundry can go in a house.
Ventless Heat-Pump Operation
A heat-pump dryer recirculates air in a closed loop, condensing moisture out rather than exhausting hot air outside. No vent means no duct run, no wall penetration, and no lint-clogged vent reducing performance — the single most common cause of poor drying in a conventional machine. It also runs at lower temperatures, which is gentler on fabric.
Laundry Anywhere in the House
Without a vent requirement, a dryer can go in a closet, an interior room, a second-floor alcove, or an apartment where venting is impossible. For a renovation adding laundry to a location with no exterior wall, this is often the only workable option.
Fabric Care and Programs
Lower operating temperatures and Miele's honeycomb drum are designed to handle fabrics gently, with programs covering everything from delicates and wool to bedding. SteamFinish on select models reduces wrinkles so items need less ironing. Confirm the program list for your model.
Condensate Handling
Moisture removed from the load collects in a container that needs emptying, or drains continuously if a drain connection is available. A continuous drain is worth arranging where possible, since emptying a container after every load gets tedious quickly. Confirm whether your model supports a drain connection and what it requires.
Cycle Time, Electrical, and Installation Planning
Heat-pump drying takes longer per load than conventional venting, which is the honest trade-off for the efficiency and placement flexibility. Most Miele dryers run on a standard circuit rather than 240V, which simplifies installation considerably. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about capacity, stacking, drain options, and electrical before ordering.
