Thermador Built In Wine Coolers at Plesser's Appliances

Thermador built-in wine coolers, available at Plesser's Appliances, are designed to sit flush within cabinetry as a finished part of the millwork, in Freedom Collection columns and undercounter configurations.

Flush Cabinetry Installation
Built-in units are dimensioned for a framed opening with finished panels and counter surrounding them, with front venting allowing the surround without compromising airflow. Confirm cutout dimensions before framing.

Freedom Collection Wine Columns
Wine columns pair with Thermador refrigerator and freezer columns in nearly any arrangement, so wine storage can sit in the same continuous run as the kitchen's refrigeration. Specified panel-ready, the full run reads as cabinetry.

Temperature Stability and Zones
A built-in installation restricts airflow, and wine is the least forgiving product to store in a cabinet that cannot hold its setpoint. Multi-zone models hold different wines at their own temperatures. Confirm zone count and ranges.

Humidity, Vibration, and Glass
Humidity management keeps corks from drying out, low-vibration operation avoids disturbing sediment, and UV-resistant glass limits light transmission while keeping the collection visible. Confirm features for your model.

Panels, Opening, and Installation Planning
Installation requires a framed opening sized to the model, a dedicated circuit, and front clearance for ventilation. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about widths, cutout dimensions, hinge orientation, panel specifications, and zone configuration before cabinetry is built.
