Thermador Wine Coolers

Thermador Wine Coolers at Plesser's Appliances

Thermador wine coolers, available at Plesser's Appliances, hold wine at proper storage and serving temperature in Freedom Collection wine columns and undercounter units, with multi-zone configurations.

Temperature Stability Over Setpoint
Wine is more sensitive to fluctuation than to a slightly imperfect setpoint, because repeated swings age a bottle faster than a steady temperature a degree or two off. Electronic controls hold conditions closely rather than cycling. This is the single most important thing a wine cabinet does.

Multiple Temperature Zones
Dual and multi-zone models hold reds, whites, and sparkling at their own temperatures in one cabinet, or keep a serving zone apart from longer-term storage. Confirm zone count and temperature ranges before specifying.

Humidity and Vibration Control
Humidity management keeps corks from drying out on bottles held long term, and low-vibration operation avoids disturbing sediment. These are the two things beyond temperature that actually affect a stored bottle. Confirm which your model includes.

Racking and Bottle Capacity
Full-extension wooden racking brings bottles forward rather than leaving the back unreachable. UV-resistant glass limits light transmission. Stated bottle counts assume Bordeaux bottles, and wider formats reduce capacity meaningfully.

Column and Undercounter Options
Wine storage is offered as Freedom Collection columns that pair with refrigerator and freezer columns, and as undercounter units, in stainless and panel-ready. Installation requires a framed opening, a dedicated circuit, and clearance for ventilation.
