XO Sinks at Plesser's Appliances
XO sinks, available at Plesser's Appliances, are offered in stainless steel in a range of configurations and mounting styles, designed to pair with XO disposers and the rest of the brand's kitchen equipment.
Gauge and Construction
Stainless gauge determines how a sink sounds, how it resists denting, and how it holds up over years of use — a lower gauge number means thicker steel. Sound-deadening pads and undercoating reduce the hollow noise a thin sink makes under running water. Confirm gauge and sound treatment for your model.
Undermount, Topmount, and Workstation
Undermount installs below the counter for a clean edge and easy wipe-down, requiring a solid-surface counter. Topmount drops into a cutout and works with any counter material. Workstation sinks add an integrated ledge for accessories that slide across the basin, turning the sink into prep space. The counter material and how you cook should decide.
Bowl Configuration
A single large bowl handles sheet pans and stockpots that will not fit in a divided sink. A double bowl separates washing from rinsing or soaking. Low-divide configurations split the difference. Confirm interior dimensions against your largest regular item rather than relying on overall sink width.
Accessories and Disposer Pairing
Grids, colanders, cutting boards, and drying racks sized to the basin extend what the sink does, and workstation models are designed around them. Drain placement and flange compatibility matter when pairing with an XO disposer. Confirm which accessories are included versus sold separately.
Cutout, Counter, and Installation Planning
Undermount installation requires a solid-surface counter and a template cut by your fabricator, so the sink has to be selected before the counter is templated. Confirm cabinet width required, since sinks need a base cabinet wider than the sink itself. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about configuration, mounting style, and cabinet requirements before the countertop is fabricated.
