Have tried the oven several times since installing it. Numerous settings including Fast Preheat. This oven takes a long, long, long time to heat up.

After remodeling our kitchen in 2015, we replaced all our appliances with Bosch. Dishwasher, Microwave and Oven all broke and required to be repaired (inside and outside the warranty). This oven has never worked really well. The temperature is not constant and it's never clear if the temperature you set is the temperature you got. For this reason we purchased a separate thermometer to keep inside the oven. I honestly wish we had never ever bought Bosch.
