I love my new induction range. It's my first experience with induction and we got it because we want to transition to rooftop solar so we want all electric appliances. Initially, it was a learning experience since I had all new cookware that is compatible with induction. Now that I have learned the best way to use the new range, it's so quick and easy for any kind of food. The correct cookware is a must. The only element that would be helpful is sometimes it's hard to see the stovetop on/off button. Maybe a tiny dot of light would help this.

The induction cooktop is amazing. Cooking time has been greatly reduced. There are a number of various settings that can be used to make cooking much easier and quicker. The convection oven is a huge plus as it too helps to reduce cooking time. Would highly recommend.

We love the induction stovetop. It is easy to clean versus our older stove. And the oven works well also. It also gives more control over the heat. It can be a little challenging to find the right spot to place the pot, but I just need to be attentive to that and it is not a big problem.ut perhaps Bosch can work on making that easier. This range has slightly less depth than other ranges I saw, which was great for us because it fit in nicely to replace my drop-in range. It looks very cool also. The overlap is great for keeping crumbs from falling down the side.
