Throughout our life... and we will have been married 50 years this coming August... my wife has stressed over getting meals on the table with everything the correct temperature... and of course... if hot food... warm plates. Last Fall we sold our home of 20 years and bought a mobile home in a park where you own your own land. We did a full 5 month Remodel from the foundation to the Roof and everything in between. We researched appliances intensely.... and I think she was more excited about a warming drawer than anything else. We have been in the new home now for two months.... and we love it. We use the warming drawer for every meal that has hot food. It's easy to use... convenient... and safe. We were surprised at some of the uses we might find when we read the manual. But... if it did nothing other than warm the plates it would still be my wife's favorite. I like it too :-)

I bought this in May and love having the luxury of warming what I have cook, until everyone is ready to eat!

We bought it 2 months ago It is a very simple design, but, we are having a problem that the door does not close properly. The functionality is ok, no special modes.
