This is our first induction cooktop after decades of radiant cooking. We are still learning but so impressed with the speed and efficiency of this unit. Not to mention eliminating the unintended heat from an electric cooktop and the possibility of leaving a burner on when not in use. We could not be happier with this choice. Than you Bosch!
