No more boiling over, burning or waiting forever for heated pan. It does take a learning curve to figure out the correct heat degree for various cooking options. Be patient. You must have induction compatible pots/pans but they are now available in most markets at various price points. So easy to clean.

This was a replacement for an original Bosch Cooktop that was many years old. We transferred our basic skills in using the older cooktop easily and quickly. The addition of an expandable induction area for larger cookware or griddles was immediately useful. The WiFi communication was very convenient and fits in with our tech orientation. Also, the AutoChef function is challenging us to learn new cooking skills and use nuanced recipes. This was a great improvement to our kitchen.

Installed this replacement drop in cooktop at hour home (replacing a traditional electric glass cooktop) a couple months ago. Have been very pleased with the instructions, process and most importantly the use of the new cooktop from Bosch. Wish we had made this change years ago!
