Bosch NITP668UC Features
The cooktop that makes space for more.
FlexInduction(R) lets you combine two cooking zones into one for larger cookware. This allows you to accommodate pots and pans up to 9 inches wide and 15 inches long. Induction cooking directly heats your pots and pans instead of the cooktop itself for faster, more efficient cooking. So you have a cooktop that delivers precise results with effortless ease.
Speed up dinner for more moments to savor.
Sometimes you don't want to wait for a pot of water to boil. The SpeedBoost(R) function on Bosch induction cooktops adds even more power to speed up the cooking process.

This is my 2nd Induction cooktop. I love the instant nature of temperature changes Induction provides and this cook top delivers. The manufacturer could really be more clear on the size of the burner when it says the bottom of the pan should be the same as the burner. Am I to assume I can only use 7" pans except for the middle whrere I can use 9" and 12"? I would like someone to send me better detail on this. For readers who have issues with this stove, look at your pans...I do not have a single scratch 20 mos later. I think this is because I do not slide pans and my pans have good bottoms. I got rid of my SS Induction and Green pans in favor of Le Creuset non stick toughened pans as their performance with this cooktop is unrivaled...when you read the special care instructions and follow them. They hold the heat really evenly and you can get away with really low heat settings after initial pre heating. I wipe it down with soap and water then rinse and dry with a cloth and it still looks new.
