As my joy of cooking grew, I searched for a professional cook top with professional characteristics and lost faith. Then I installed a Bosch 6 burner with 2 high btu sear burners that reduce to a slow butter melt heat that allows me the freedom to boil water for pasta in minutes, sear in cast iron in seconds and simmer pudding without burning. The cleanup is simple as grates pop in the dishwasher and the sealed cooktop allows cleanup of spills or spatters in a simple wipe. I love it

Works great. Only been cooking on it for a month but it's a fine piece of metal. One simmer two super mega btu burner and three normal burners.Only downer...turn on the knobs to get the ignition to lite you turn counter clock wise..then clock wise to high. On the simmer and three normal burners there is no indent position for high but there is on the mega btu burners. Should be on all. Easy to go past high to off. But it is a minor annoyance. Over all I'd buy another.

I love the looks of this as well as the heat/flame options.
