I bought this Dishwasher to replace an ASKOW Dishwasher that was supposed to be the Cadillac of all Dishwashers. This Bosch Dishwasher is quieter and any Dishwasher we've ever owned. It is so quiet, that a red light spot shines on the floor to let you know that it is still running in the wash cycle. Thank goodness for this feature. None of our Crystal Glasses get etched from the hard water, and if you follow the directions, NO SPOTS left on your glass wear. Like any Dishwasher, you have to clean the Filter about once a month, but this is really easy also, as you just take it out and use your Sprayer Wand on your faucet with hot water to clean it off. It requires very little detergent, and is a water miser, which helps to conserve our precious water supplies. As a male user, its is easy to use and has many different wash/rinse cycle selections that even I can understand.

Replaced our two year old dishwasher, hoping with the new energy standards this one would at least wash our dishes clean. Much to my surprise it cleaned and was quiet! Hope it lasts longer than two years.

Main problem is it clogs. Pumpout issues common. Replaced pump out motor 3 months ago after 8 years use. Standing water in the system will lead to floating debris accumulating around door seal and leading to water leak. The doorway Sill is not built right. This is mind bogglingly stupid for a fancy machine. I can't say I'm terribly happy with it but it is quiet.
