Best ever. So wuiet and efficient

The dishwasher has worked as expected. We scrape excess food off but rarely rinse dishes before loading them. This works most of the time. Occassionally we have small food particles that have landed on another dish. But dishes come out very clean. My only complaint (and this is why I wouldn't buy this dishwasher again) is the design of both the upper and lower racks. The design makes it close to impossible to use the space efficiently. I thought I would get used to the design and figure out an efficient manner of loading. But this isn't the case.

Very quiet and cleans very well. The one issue is loading. It is very difficult to position glasses, cups and dishes. The video that is supposed to be instructional is for a different 3-tier model. Also, the soap dispenser takes several attempts to get it to stay closed. Not quite what i expected from a Bosch.
