My five-star rating is actually more like a 4.5: I was really loving this dishwasher till I it just stopped one afternoon....luckily, I bought the 3-yr protection plan. Turned out there was an electrical issue of some kind. It's very quiet and dishes come out clean for sure! There is an odor, though, while accumulating a full load, no matter how carefully I rinse dishes first. The loading pattern could be better as well, but all in all, it's great! Love the 'on/off' light!
