This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted 16 years. It was still cleaning when we decided to replace it. This new dishwasher is great. It cleans well and everything comes out clean and with no food left on it. It is very versatile with the upper third rack which can hold small ramekins or fruit bowls and several cooking utensils. It took awhile to figure out how best to load it. I probably need to adjust the racks because some of my glasses are too tall for the second rack. I put everything I can in it including pots and pans. In over one year only 2 items have come out with food left on them. I don't rinse them so I'm surprised that they come out so clean. It is very quiet. I sometimes have trouble keeping the door outside spotless but the Bosch cleaner has helped that.

With some minor exceptions this is the best in terms of sound deadening and cleaning. Concerns are not having it turn off when it is finished with a load. Also the plastic surrounding the controls is just like my old Bosch where our fingernails scratched the stainless painted plastic surrounding the controls. I could no longer purchase the replacement part so got this new machine. I fear the problem will be repeated with this new one.
