This is my second Bosch dishwasher, I believe the one before was a 400 series. I've liked different, and some similar aspects of both. Both were INCREDIBLY silent, and can handle a LOT of dishes - that third rack on both is crucial! Some things that I liked about my other dishwasher: the single utensil basket was slightly smaller than the two baskets on this one combined - nice to have two baskets, though, incase you need to take one out for more room. The only other thing to consider is there is a shelf in the second rack up for holding wine glasses or lids, and it folds up from the bottom instead of down from the top like my old bosch. So if you have anything already there, you have to remove it first to put the shelf up. If you don't have a lot of places to hand towels in your kitchen, you might also want to consider there is no external handle - but this is great if you have a tight space as it doesn't come out from the dishwasher. In sum, GREAT DISHWASHER, as always from Bosch!
