The saying "you get what you payfor" applies to the BOSCH dishwasher. We had to replace our GE and looked at tons of reviews and was hesitant to spend a premium for a dishwasher. Glad we did, love the 3rd rack for silverware and other small items, and it is definately the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned.

Our first load in this dishwasher was disconcerting. Was it really working? It's so quiet! We previously owned another brand that was purchased because of its advertised silence. It was good, but we always knew when it started and finished. We only hear our new Bosh Dishwasher when it drains, and the sound comes from the common pipe with the kitchen sink.
Do the dishes come out clean? They look and feel great. We also enjoy the shallow top tray for larger utensils like spatulas and serving spoons. The three trays can be configured to accommodate various needs, from fine china and delicate goblets to good-sized pots and pans.
The Control Panel is on top of the door, so when the door is closed, nothing interrupts the lovely, no-fingerprint finish.
This Bosh Dishwasher is our first Bosh appliance. It was slightly more expensive than lower-quality brands but worth the extra thought and engineering behind the door.

This is absolutely the best dish washer i ever had! Everything comes out sparkling clean. It is so cery quiet too you don't know it's on except for the small red indicator light that shines a small spot on the floor. Definitely buy this dishwasher!
