Love it!

I bought the washer and dryer together and love both! I've had them for about a year and have been very pleased. The washer is so quiet! I have them stacked and on the second story and the machines never move nor do the shake the floor. Very quality product and washes very well. I love Bosch and can't wait to purchase kitchen appliances next.

Exceeded my expectations!

I bought this washer, and the matching dryer last year, because we live in a relatively dry environment, and a condo, where getting HOA approval to cut in a vent would have been difficult. I have to say, this washer and dryer REALLY exceeded my expectations, as long as you researched a few things before you bought them. 1. The clothes may feel damp until you take them out of the dryer, and the "delicates" setting for the washer and dryer both follow the advent that "delicates" come out damp dry and need to be hung up to fully dry, which I knew about going in. Really, this thing washes and cleans better than the washing and drying machines in our units main laundry facility for renters. I don't think I could be happier, and it seems to draw lower wattage than the last stackable we used. As a matter of fact, I can't really find any issues with it. HOWEVER, FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING POOR WASHES, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE TRANSIT BOLTS, READ THE MANUAL. I have seen 10's of 20's of youtube videos where people complain about their washer making a terrible noise and getting poor results, and in almost all of them it was because they just plugged them in, did not follow the manuals instructions, and ran them with the shipping bolts in, which permanently damages the machine. Bad consumers are bad, it really is a great product otherwise.

Nothing else like it!

I've owned my Axxis set for six years now (these new models are the same machine, just different aesthetics); people either love or hate the Bosch Axxis. This model is better known in Europe where it is a very popular workhorse. What makes the Axxis unique to other washers on the market is that it is a 240v hookup (as opposed to 120v) and that allows it to heat water dramatically faster. Additionally, by activating the "Heavy Duty" option it does a tap cold fill (regardless of which temperature you select) and heats the water to the selected temperature. This allows the different enzymes in the soaps be activated at different temperatures, allowing for cleanest clothes I've ever experienced. People who don't like the Axxis generally complain that it is too small (its a compact washer!), that it gets moldy (they're not leaving the door ajar), and that they can't use bleach (you don't need it!). The soap you use matters greatly, its a European machine and was designed around their detergents, Persil powder works wonderfully. Hope this helps!
