We got the washer and dryer set of the 500 vision series and are very pleased. I wash grungy work clothes, rugs, and delicates and it does a great job. My main reason for the steam dryer was allergies and it has helped cut down on the pollen. Only downfall is it would be nice if the dryer spun both directions during the dry cycle as the washer does. Large bulky items like comforters need to be pulled out and put back in a couple times.

Are you kidding me. The dryer is 2 years old and I have kept it very well. The circuit panel went 1/2 the price of the dryer Thanks a lot NEVER AGAIN!!
