I purchased this eight months ago, and couldn't be happier with it: powerful, quiet, terrific light – simply great in every way. While installation would be easier with a helper, the design of the brackets made it possible for me to complete the installation by myself. It's costly, but well worth it.

Wife and I could not be happier with the EQLD136SS. Not only is it great looking but extremely with the very ergonomic control panel it is very easy to operate. The access to the SS screens is facilitated by the magnetic cover and the timer which tells you when to place them in dishwasher. The three levels of fan speed and LED lighting cover all possible cooking situations.

Definitely like the perimeter aspiration feature and light touch to operate the light and fan. Fan is quiet on low and medium speeds. Reasonably loud, but not obnoxious, on high. It moves a LOT of air on high. When self-cleaning the oven. this hood does an excellent job of capturing and exhausting the smells form the process! The light is delightfully bright--can see what I am doing on the range top. Two things to watch for: If the hood is positioned below head height you will bang your head on the front as you cook and clean the range top. Second, the corners are real head bangers, even though they are rounded. If you buy the hood in its current configuration make sure to install it high enough to clear your head. That said, the hood could be redesigned with cut in front corners, and with the front edge moved back almost 6" without affecting the placement of the lights or the front opening for the perimeter ventilation. Apart from these two issues, I like the hood and would recommend it for its ability to move a lot of air, easy to use controls, and bright lighting. By the way, why do you ask who installed the product twice?
