Incredibly quiet! The racks roll in & out very smoothly.

I love my new Cafe Double Wall Ovens! They bake so much faster and so much more evenly than the previous wall ovens I had. The display is easy to use, although it took a few tries to get it to communicate with our internet. One of my favorite features is that I can pre-heat my oven while away from home. The other favorite feature that I love is that both ovens come with a roll-out, heavy-duty rack. I have only had the ovens about two months. I really wish companies would request a review after at least six months to a year. That way, the person has had a good long time to really form more permanent opinions on the appliance. The only thing that was a bit surprising is that the oven doors want to "pop" back up toward a closed position. I just make sure I "firmly" open the oven doors when taking pans out or putting them in, Its not really a big deal--just surprising. I've never known an oven door to do that. I definitely recommend this wall oven set.

I love the options for cooking, and cleaning, and for options like proofing dough. The only trouble is cleaning spills from the bottom is difficult to do without abrasives that can scratch the surface.
