Installed poorly; grates wobble and drip tray is chipped.

This would be a 5 star product if the specs reflected the need to adjust the height of the cabinet cut out to the thickness of the countertop. Without that adjustment, the 8" cutout required for the 36" model is too shallow and makes the cooktop sit below the countertop. An un ideal band-aid fix has to be done to make it look passable but no where near where it would look like if specs had been accurate. Please update your specs so other buyers do not experience the same.
