I prefer gas because of the responsive temperature control but this electric stove is surprisingly quick to heat up and cool down. There are lots of ring size options and plenty to use at once. The oven works great too.

Purchased three weeks ago. Simple and easy to use. Oven heating very accurate. Cook top elements heat quickly. Beautiful to look at and easy to use.
