I am shopping for a new washer and dryer, and came here to check my Affinity specs. This washer has been working in my family for 18 years, two houses, three boys raised, a lot of washing. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped working, so we are looking for a new pair. Nothing wrong with the washer though. Great machine!

I reluctantly bought a Frigidaire Affinity washer and dryer in 2011 and now I have to give it to my son to use for his first home. I dont want to let it go, it's been so good and faithful to me. I dont know what I'll purchase next but thank you Frigidaire.

Had this washer about 4 years and the plastic lock broke. $5 fix and 2 days for part to come via mail. Easy Peasy. After 8 years, I put it stopped spinning out water and not draining right. A little more complicated fix because of where the hose clamps are placed to access the coin trap, but 2 hours of time and the washer is fixed.
